Not for me!!
I follow Dr Janinne and she makes sense when she explains about the magnesium as vital but choosing a pure/elemental one. So I have been taking magnesium citrate elemental with linaza oil in a soft gel capsule every day. It’s been great to my nervous system, boost my energy, I don’t go to bed dead after 3 kids evening chores. When I started with this Mg I felt so sleepy after meals, so heavy and tired! Like a needed a nap I never felt like having before! I had it for consecutive days but I quit. So went back to my MCitrate and I’m back to my super energy! Maybe it’s the bisglycinate component… don’t know

About a year ago, I listened to a presentation from Dr. Janine Bowring and she was talking about Magnesium. She talked about how Magnesium helps the heart. My heart has been racing and skipping beats on and off for many years. I thought that I would give this mineral a try. WOW, when I feel that my heart is acting up, I now take Magnesium and it works. My Daughter is a registered nurse at Kelowna General Hospital here in BC and she informed me that patients who had open heart surgery are given Magnesium.Yes, I would recommend this mineral if you have anxiety or suffer from stress.
