It's a mass produced low-cost item, and not something that is hand-stitched from fine high-grade leather. It behaves as such, and will last about a year from semi-weekly intermittent use before a seam falls apart or the "leather" surface on top wears through or falls apart. Keep this expectation in mind and you'll not be disappointed.The padding is sufficient to diffuse the force of impact on top of the foot and prevent injuries. It's hard to tell if the individual toe padding does anything, and it actually looks a little goofy, but I'm happy it's there.I've had a few pairs of these guards where the dye used on the elastic/fabric will seep out with sweat and ruin your uniform, so I've learned to give it a soak in warm water before first use. The "leather" never seems to be affected by the water bath.

Excelente precio y espectacular producto, me queda un poco grande, pero se puede usar, me encantó que viene con una bolsa para guardar.
