Is this a plastic or glass mirror?

It's plastic with a nice mirror coating on one side. It is very light weight and I sprayed some non fog coating that definitely works well. I put 2 side by side for shaving. It that helps.

Will a push pin work as a hook?

I don't see why not..I use mine in the shower and have tile walls so I have a "Command Hook.." mounted...

Can it be cut or drilled

Hi, you can drill it carefully and cut if you know how to cut acrylic maybe.
