Pads don't scratch the wood
These pads are great. They protect your walls from scratches from the gate itself. They are sturdy and stay in place. Our grandson who is 13 months old, gets up and holds onto the gate and tries to shake it, but the pads keep the gate stiff and in place. I/m very glad I purchased these pads and recommend them to others.
