Great monitors
These sound great and have great abilities to be tuned to your room my only downside is they are a little bigger then I thought they would be but not a deal breaker just re arranged my set up and also my fault for not looking up dimensions

Very clear audio, too much amplifier white noise/hiss in XLR/balanced mode.
I really want to give these a 5-star rating. They sound amazingly clear, and the front-ported design is great for the low end in my opinion; I don't even feel a hint of needing a subwoofer for the music I listen to (movie and game soundtracks and classical). The one thing that bothers me is that in balanced input mode (using XLR cables), they have too much white noise amplifier hiss for a near-field studio monitor. I have opted to use them in unbalanced mode (using RCA cables) despite my setup having minor ground loop noise, which is only slightly noticeable in a dead-silent room while the speakers aren't playing. The amplifier hiss from XLR/balanced mode, however, is enough that I can detect it during medium-soft music. For reference, the speakers are at a full arm's length from me, and I am 6 feet tall (so probably about 2.5 feet from my ears).

Thought these were Adam A5X's
Could've sworn it said these were Adam A5X's, I know those were discontinued and the A4V's are basically the same thing, so I won't complain
