Annoyed with this purchase...
I will be returning it. Just got it today, spent over an hour, trying to be able to SEE the menu. You can't, because it's set on some other format, but if you can't see the options on the screen, you don't know if the menu is even ON. DVR displays 'video loss'.I have several other 4 in one cameras, and none of them had this issue. They displayed out of the box, then I was able to change the format. Not with this one. Tried to ask a question about that, the question kept disappearing. Really tired of buying things that the instructions are completely inadequate. This camera should be compatible with my DVR, since it's a 4 in one DVR, and 2 of the formats are supported. Maybe it just doesn't work, but I don't have time to mess with it anymore.
