Absolutely delicious. I use a serving size in a 16oz coffee and it's perfectly sweet. Originally I tried doubling the serving size and it was too sweet. It looks exactly like real brown sugar down to the consistency and it's perfect. It comes in a resealable bag, so it's easy to use and store. I haven't had any stomach issues like I sometimes get from other artificial sweeteners. I haven't tried it plain, but it boosts my homemade coffee and has zero calories- you can't beat that! It's completely worth the money!

LOVE swerve confectioners! I am keto and missed sweets. I had tried EVERY sugar alternative there is and just cannot stand the taste if ANY of them. I thought when I found allulose I had found the holy grail of sugar substitute and left a very positive review for it after only using for 1 week. By week 2 after using it, it started messing up my digestion in a very very BAD way and I started having a bad chronic taste in my mouth that was so nasty, turned out it was the allulose. I stopped using allulose and my issues resolved. Not wanting to waste money again on a sugar substitute I refused to even try swerve. Figured I had tasted 100 others that swerve would be the same. One day when almost breaking down and eating regular sugar I decided to buy a bag to try rather than eating carbs. I have now been using swerve for several months, waiting to use it awhile before leaving my review. This stuff is awesome! I have no aftertaste at all or cooling affect. It is sweet and you cannot tell in anything I have cooked with, that it is not sugar. I only like the confectioners though as I find the granular too grainy for my preference and does not dissolve, but the confectioners works perfectly. I use the confectioners in everything. My entire family loves it. I wish I had not waited so long to try it. I use this for all of my keto cooking including fudge, hot chocolate, cookies, pies, cakes, everything that you would use regular sugar in and it works great. If you are looking for a sugar substitute I recommend swerve confectioners to try. Everyone tastes are different, but I am super sensitive taste wise and I do not have any aftertaste or bitterness. I also have issues with diverticulitis and inflammatory bowel disease and have had no issues with the swerve after months of using it like all others. I am diabetic and it does not raise my blood sugar either. I do feel it is very expensive for what you get, especially when using as much ad I do, but most healthier alternatives unfortunately are.

Highly recommend for sugar lovers who are diabetic. The taste was pretty decent and I used it for frosting and for a glaze on one of my cakes. It was really easy to work with and tasty.

very good but check ingredients for malto dextrin which is worse for you than sugar, has higher GI. swerve usually doesn't , have it, but check any way

This is the first time I have seen a brown sugar substitute in a long time. I used to buy another brand at the local grocery store, but they discontinued it, and I was unable to find it locally or on the Internet.I enjoy putting it on sweet potatoes or steamed vegetables. I can't taste the difference between this and natural brown sugar. It also melts well and mixes with butter to really dress up a side dish.It allows one-to-one substitution for recipes, but I find it a little pricey to use in quantity.I am happy with my purchase and plan to continue buying it.I recommend this to anyone looking for a zero-calorie substitute for brown sugar.
