I've burned through hundreds of sheets of this... literally. I use it with my laser cutter and generally have few complaints. I can accept the random voids, patches and slight imperfections... that's the grade I'm purchasing. What's much more problematic is the inconsistency from order to order on thickness. This is billed as 1/8" or 3mm. Sometimes it is... and sometimes it's thicker... like a fair amount thicker. The latest order came in at 3.25 mm. While .25 mm may not sound like a lot, if you have projects that require assembly, like boxes with box joints, that can turn out to be problematic. Overall... I give it four stars but the thickness issue is more like 3.5 and speaks to quality control which could show up in other ways on other orders.

Almost every sheet in both the 20 pack and 50 pack of 1/8"×12"×19" birch plywood we ordered have patched blemishes that do not work for my finished product. The thickness is also either not a true 1/8" or is variable throughout as i now have to file every piece to actually fit after cutting with the laser. Not the case from my other supplier. Unfortunately this will be my last purchase here.

I have been using and ordering this and have spent $100’s of dollars, my last 2 shipments have holes and lots of brown lines… I’ve just been trying to work around the issues but if I’m making an item to be stained I have to be careful, if painting not a problem.

Product was as advertised, though very slightly thicker than 3mm. I've had to make some minor adjustments to the laser cutting patterns to accommodate this shipment of wood, but that wasn't too tricky.

Used these in my CO2 laser, cut very nice.Have ordered from woodpeckers in the past, very pleased with this order as well.When I had an issue with a previous order, they asked for a few photos and quickly mailed me replacement for damaged wood.10/10
