ECCO Men's Soft 7 City Tie Sneaker

I love the fact that I can put these shoes on without the use of hands! They are also extremely comfortable. I do not like wearing socks when I can avoid it, and these are the perfect shoes for when I need to wear shoes instead of sandals. I ended up wearing these shoes much more than I thought I would, as I now wear them in many situations when I use to wear a slightly more formal shoe.The only caveat about the shoes is that (for me) they become uncomfortable if I am standing or walking in them for a long period of time. For example, last year I was subbing for an elementary school gym teacher and was on my feet all day. After a few hours, my feet started to hurt when wearing these shoes. This is possibly due to the type of soles on these shoes. So while they are good for casual wear, I wouldn't wear them for running/hiking long distances or any activities when I am on my feet for long periods of time.

Outstanding product… quality, style, fit

Needed a shoe for the office. Been buying Vans for years, got tired of how uncomfortable they feel. This brand of shoe was recommended on some forums as being comfortable and I agree, feels much better walking and standing compared to the Vans. Also skeptical of the fit since the shoe sizing isn't exact. I wear an 11.5 US, preferably extra wide and these shoes fit well.Will look at getting another colour for my wardrobe.

The sizes are in-between sizes, ie, I generally wear a size 10 but they only had 10-10.5 which was too large and the next size 9.0-9.5 was too small. Unfortunately I had no choice but to return them. My son has several pairs in larger size and he loves them.

This is my fourth pair of ECCO men's shoes. All of them are great design and very well made and feel very comfortable from the first moment you put your feet in the shoes.

Living in a city like New York where you walk 90% of the time to most destinations makes it hard on both feet and shoes. I've tried just about every major sneaker maker and all of them are too narrow, too flat, or just don't hold up well after time. This is my first pair of ECCO shoes and at first I was a little weary about the price but decided to try them after reading reviews in many places.I was delighted to find that there was almost no "break in" period. They were immediately comfortable and have maintained that. Plus they look really nice. The "cognac" color was a little darker than the pictures but I liked it. Love the feeling of the quality leather feel of the shoe itself. I've gotten a few compliments on them already!

I've worn ECCO shoes for a long time and I currently have four pairs. I ordered this pair of ECCO Men's Soft 7 City Tie Sneakers since that last pair of ECCO Sneakers are starting to show their wear. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes that will last for more than 6 to 7 months, but I have worn the original pair for about 2 years. I wore them every day of the week and I love them dearly. I have worn the Soft 7 City Sneakers 2-3 times per week at most, but they have about the same wear issues that the original pair has after all that use. The toe piece is now two pieces, stitched together where the pieces for the laces meets the toe. The tongue leather is too soft and folds up where the tongue is stitched to the toe piece, creating a perfect wrinkle to put blisters on the top of your toes. They have eliminated the metal eyes for the lacing and replaced them with a hole punched in the leather, making it difficult to feed the laces when necessary, and to get the shoe cinched up to fit snugly. Bottom Line: The next time I look for comfortable shoes that last, it's likely I will NOT look at the ECCO brand.

Comfortable is great for everyday

Very nice sneakers. Pretty much goes with everything. The dimpled pattern on the sides is leather, was expecting it to be breezy perforated but it’s more like an imprint with what looks like maybe micro perforation? Can’t say it feels like any air flow. I’ll probably just poke through them to open them up a bit for long days at the office.The fit is true to size, if not a little bit narrow compared to some other Ecco shoes.

Cuando recién recibes los zapatos te enamoras, se ven excelente. Después de 2 o 3 usos comienzas a odiarlos. El material blanco que utilizaron es el peor material que he visto. Es un imán de suciedad, pero no solo eso, absorbe la suciedad para siempre y es imposible limpiarlos bien. Desperdicio demasiado tiempo limpiándolos casi todos los días y nunca llegan a quedar bien.
