The absolute best thing I ever did. Easy to install. Easy to choose which lights you want on or off. Ultimate lazy man control. I've been using them everyday for years now and never had one fail or stop working. Also I've never had to replace the battery in the remote. Just a great product and great quality. After using for years I can definitely recommend 👍🏼

these make everything easier. 2 table lamps and 1 tall torchiere lamp in an adjacent room, all controlled with one remote. no getting up at dusk to turn switches on and then reach again to turn off. i have a feeling that the frequent return warning may have to do with operator error which i discovered was likely my fault. Dana at their customer service is the BEST, explaining operating instructions as intended to set and reset. i'm buying another set from this same brand supplier when i get 2 more new lamps. yay!

I live in a very old farm house. Electricity was put in after it was built. I have a single bulb over my laundry in my basement. I had a string attached to that bulb to turn on the light. The string was long and was cut into many times by the board it went across when the string was turned on. This remote turn on has made my life so much easier. Just remember that the part attached to light bulb makes it hang down further so if you have a shade of some kind on the bulb it may not fit. Measure carefully.

I bought these to use outdoors. The product photos clearly shows these in fixtures outside. Unfortunately, when I got the instructions manual, it states "Indoor use only".Shouldn't advertise your product in a manner that it cannot be used. Very deceptive. I will have to return them. Disappointing.UPDATE:I originally gave this a one-star review because of the reasons stated above. However, I have now upped my star rating to four I decided to use it anyway outdoors because my elderly father really needed something like this. He has to go up and down steps to reach his front door where the switch is so I wanted to save him the extra effort by using the remote. His porch light socket is enclosed in a fixture and underneath the roof-line. So it is protected from the elements.I have been very pleased with this. It has performed very well. My father has been able to turn his front light on and off from his kitchen saving him extra steps to turn it on at the door. He keeps the extra remote in his car so when he comes home in the dark, he can turn on the front light when he drives up. He likes that a lot. I bought an additional remote so I can keep one in my car for this use as well. It paired very easily with the existing sockets.Thus, given how well it is working out for my father, I felt I should revise my review to reflect his positive use of it. I still think if the manual clearly states "INDOOR USE ONLY" then the seller shouldn't have pictures marketing the product in an outdoor use. But it appears as long as the socket is protected from the elements, then it seems to be fine outdoors. Although I will say, I haven't used it in the cold of winter or heat of summer. So who knows how well it will hold up in more extreme temps.

I purchased this for my grandfather that had a stroke. He absolutely loved it. He was able to turn lights on and off without having to walk to the lights. His bedroom was just off the living room so he was able to turn on the bedroom light when he was ready to and then he was able to turn off the living room and bedroom lights once he settled into bed. He just kept the remote on his walker. I am not sure what the maximum distance that it will work. It might say that in the description but it worked great for his needs.

The installation was easy to do. Good value for the money. Be aware that you need to follow the instructions as the remote might not be fully programmed but it’s so easy to follow.

Bought for in laws house so they could have more control of lamps in other rooms. Works as described
