Product is pretty good, Service can be better.
The product is pretty nice :) It’s been a week for us using it, till now it's been working flawlessly. Make sure you call their installation team only to Install it, other people charge alot for doing the same. Also, we wish they used different filters for each of the tubes.

Excellent RO system
5 Star for RO. Very good product.I gave 4 star as no one called me from seller for installation and I called seller to book for installation. If that is corrected, it will be 5 star rating

THIS RO SYSTEM IS GOOD QUALITY. THE TASTE OF WATER ALSO GOOD. FILTERING TIME 1 HOUR FOR 50 LITRE.

They don't check their product before parcelling
I had to study the problem. The issue is that they just assemble the product and just do a normal check with low pressure water tank. Ours is an school and water tank is on the top of 4th floor. so pressure is more. As soon as I connected the input line and turned on the tap, water gushed in and and the first pre-filter started leaking like anything from the thread. I tried tightening the thread but no use. but when I opened it the pre-filter water was not kept in proper position and it was squeezed straight in the circle thread. so I had the trouble to take it out and the stretch the elastic washer and make it straight. then I put it again and it was working well. I think most of their products are good but they are not even checking it properly at least once with a high pressure input water. so customers will have to do the trouble to check and correct it. the video shows the working condition after my repair. but learned a thing to do without their customer support for Rupees:- 699/-Latest problem dated 27/09/2022.The delivery was so delayed and when it reached and it was opened the frame of the filter is bent. I worry are they playing cricket with the item. I'll keep updating here putting journal date

genuine Product of Hydroshell
Delivery was well packed on time . purifier is working smooth , a true Taste . Thanks for assisting flawlessly. Installation is bit overpriced but doesn’t matter in front of this RO. Thanks team for being there at every time . Till now usage of mine it’s the best Plant I’ve ever used .There will be lots of other plants in market but will definitely suggest you go for it without any hesitation.Hydroshell at #1
