There is not a lot of difference to one half the price.
I bought this as a gift for a small boy. I expected it to be more robust than the models 50% cheaper, but on examining it, I can't see any difference. I'm sure the small boy will break it before very long, because that is what small boys do. But if I were to buy another one for another small boy, I would go with the more cost effective cheaper version.
