Absolutely fantastic
My husband and I purchased 2 of these for a camping trip in the backcountry in Colorado. We were Jeep camping, not backpacking in, but these had to fit in our suitcases and be light enough for our flight out. These were very light but very durable. After practicing once, I could assemble and disassemble these in about 5 minutes each. What's great is there are picture directions on the verso side on the cot if you forget which way the supports attach. We are tall, husband is 6'3", 170lbs, and I am 5'10", 135lbs. We fit on these perfectly and with a sleeping bag, there was no need for an air mattress. These were actually more comfortable than air mattresses because I wasn't constantly slipping off when trying to turn over. Another perk was being able to have extra room in the tent because you can stash stuff under the cot. And while these are still very low to the ground, for the first time I didn't freeze to death overnight because we weren't sleeping on cold air on the ground. Very good purchase, very nicely priced, and assembly was super easy.

Portable easy to set up cot
I ordered one of these to try as a replacement for an air mattress for car camping. It was easy to set up, feels very sturdy, and is comfortable although I added a pad on top as well. I used another reviewers suggestion and applied wax to the poles (I used a block of paraffin to rub it on and then smoothed with a warm hand) and it *totally eliminated* the loud noise from rolling and moving around. I slept on it one night in my living room to get a sense of how it would work in the field and I got a pretty good nights sleep. I rolled off once, but it's close to the ground so no big deal. I believe this will be a great replacement for the air mattress in the tent.

Best light weight cot I've owned
Super light weight, easy to re-pack, comfortable, easy to assemble, feels tight and secure. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is its pretty large when packaged. Buy great product highly recommended

Great Cot
This cot fit my needs, small, lightweight, sturdy and quick to assemble / take apart. The hinge closing was a breeze. It took a few times to loosen up the release pins for an easy disassembly. One tip, for easy disassembly, start at one end of the cot and go in order (head to feet for example) removing the middle bracket first makes it hard to remove the 2 outer brackets. Used this for a week long camp trip. It was taken apart and put together daily. Never failed. The fabric is tight, so if you like sleeping on a soft surface use a small air mattress. It was used on uneven ground a few nights and held steady. Exceeded my expectations.

Made tent camping possible again
I am middle aged fat guy. 6’ 225 lbs. this is first cot I tried that doesn’t feel like it will break if I roll over. Heavy tubes. Quick to put together. Packs up small. Not the lightest backpack cot out there. But can beat the price. My younger kids can even put it together easy.

Pretty decent set up, but..
I like how low profile this cot is. really useful in my profession of a wildland firefighter, but it seems to Collapse if I roll over just a little too hard. I weigh 180 and it seems to me that when I assemble it the main poles are lined up. They’re parallel but not adjacent. Otherwise great product.

Cannot beat for sleeping outside in a hot climate or places with thorns or rocks.
I slept on this cot everyday for four months while cycling across Africa. I was very happy with it once I figured out how to put it together. I slept right on the cot without a pad at first. It was incredibly comfortable and kept me cool in the hot climate because the air could circulate under the cot. Also, not having to sleep on the ground that was heated by the sun all day really helped with trying to stay cool. The thorns in Africa were very bad, i never had to worry about puncturing a sleeping mattress or a repair. After about 6 weeks, the cot started to sag a little when the material stretched out. I was lounging on it outside the tent as well, so it was getting a lot of use. I added a small inflatable sleeping pad I had in reserve and it was perfectly comfortable again. If you weighed more than 150 lbs, I would look for a cot that had four legs instead of three for the added support. It packed up very small and was very lightweight. Definitely one of my best purchases for keeping me comfortable on this trip.

The Fabric
I like this cot, and it is comfortable, and easy to assemble and disassemble in extreme cold weather & have rainy weather...The only problem is with the fabric, the ends of the fabric rips instantly after several uses...

Keeping this one!
I tried a number of different affordable, lightweight cots, and this one is the one I'm keeping.3 sturdy legs makes the setup and packup very quick. It holds my 6'2" / 186cm + 115kg weight without any concern. The feet are broad and stable. No risk of damaging the tent floor.

How to fix loud rubbing noise.
Rub WAX up and down the two poles that hold the fabric. I used a cheap tea light candle. the rubbing noise is virtually gone now.
