The ultimate manual to guide any professional or student into the operacional risk in financial institutions. Writting a master tesis in this subject, my experience with this book is very good. As a professional in risk too, I would recomend this master piece to any one who whants to have a good book for any situation.Probably it is the best book I have ever read on this subject, and there weren't few. This book was recommended from my country's bank's supervision authority.
