This book just came out recently. I read and reviewed it, contains 100s of board-relevant questions written by experts who passed the boards. It's another great question book for board prep! It's worth buying!

This book contains an excellent collection of questions. The explanations are easy to understand and accurate.

I would not recommend this to be you only board review book. It does have good questions, and many are accurate in explanations and do give the correct information, but the editing is poor. At least half a dozen questions have the answers run together or missing a choice (4 instead of 5 choices, or have a blank on a letter choice, or skip a letter choice even) and so far I have found at least a dozen that they select the flat wrong answer. The explanation is correct, and they have the right choice in the answers, but put wrong letter as the answer. This is only my second book I've dug into for review, so after I'm done with more books, I'm sure I can give you a better alternative. For now, be cautious of this book.

minimal information provided on the answer side;poor editing with contradictory information on some answers;neurology is overdone [though more informative than the other chapters ; wouldnt be surprised if it was 'cut and pasted' from the same publisher's neurology board review;i have not seen the neurology board review book though]I have gone through just the first 11 chapters; nowhere close to pre DSM5 8th edition study guide and self exam review in psychiatry by Kaplan and sadock; would strongly recommend instead the APA study guide by Muskin which is very informative
