not good for carving
basiclly it should be like stone not chalk

Too much texture
I intended for my high school students to use them, however the stone itself was so textured that even with deep grooves, their designs were unable to be seen. We tried sanding them down but still had the same issue. I will have to order replacements from somewhere else.

Order 5 piece， 2piece borked, one piece I fixed it . 3piece I give it to friends.

Poor quality of the carving knives
The blades of the carving knives are curly, which need to be smoothened and sharpened.
