With red accents and bold styling, it's obvious this is a gaming headset even before you notice the swiveling microphone boom. As is typical for gaming headsets, these have a v taper sound and sealed cups, which is great for gaming, but usually isn't the sound audiophiles crave. That's okay. Different tools for different jobs.The sealed earcups easily fit over large ears instead of on them, which is good for long gaming sessions while providing some passive isolation from exterior noise, although not as much isolation as Cloud II's. The pads are a just little on the shallow side, but they are about the same size as Brainwav HM5 pads, which may be an upgrade path if you want more comfort and a wider sound stage. These are easily driven to high volumes. The microphone is omnidirectional, which helps capture your voice even if it's not perfectly positioned, but for good and bad, it'll capture other noises as well. The headband should provide plenty of space for big heads. I wear a medium size bike and motorcycle helmet, and I wear these headphones with the band in the smallest position. The usb cable provides power for the LED's. The 3.5mm headphone jack provides audio, and may also enable the microphone on some systems, and the splitter cable enables the microphone for devices with a separate mic port.The price for these could barely get much more than low end earbuds 20 years ago, and now you can get an over the ear headset. If you can spend 10x more, you'll get a better headset, but these deliver outsized value and performance for the money.

This is a cool looking headset and it’s pretty good for the price. This is a gaming headset that can be used on PC, PlayStation and I think Xbox. Inside the box is the headset as well as the owners manual and the PC adapter that splitsthe cord into an audio out/microphone line.The main cord has a large plastic piece that allows you to turn on/off the mic, as well as adjust the audio level in the headset.I tried this headset out for a few hours and it was comfortable, although I was unable to get a perfect fit on my head since the earpieces are so large. Another thing is that in order to get the headset to light up, you have to provide power via full sized USB. The USB portion of the cord is provided, although there is nowhere to plug it in if you’re not on PC, so if you want to use it on a console, you’ll need to find a wall adapter. Not a huge deal, since you don’t see the glow when it’s on your head anyways.All in all, this is a great headset for the price, and I’d buy it again. The plastic doesn’t feel cheap and the audio sounds good.Disclaimer: I received this item free to review. SOUND- Surround sound is really good for gaming experience. You can hear everything in the game and in which direction the gameplay is in. Very accurate sound.- The headset itself does a great job of canceling out noise, but the volume could be better- Comfort is great. Biggest test for me was to leave them on for an extended amount of time without having them be uncomfortable. This was not the case, very comfortable and you forget that it's there once you are submerged into the gameplay- Voice system is very crisp and It registers your voice very quickly, it is very accurate to your actual voice.- The cords has very great length, able to stretch out far if you want to.- Mute/Unmute, adjusting volume option on the headset is very easily accessible.- The color on the headset, once it is plugged in, is a very great touch!!Very good headset, by far the best I have used so far. Looking into making a higher volume option would be a great touch.

I purchased these because my brother was constantly complaining that I was taking his Hyper X Cloud headphones. So I've been using the Hyper X for a while now and it had decent sound and mic quality, moving over to this headset I can honestly tell no difference. The comfort level is about the same and even the mic adjustability is the same. The only difference is the mic is a little shorter and doesn't have the weird fluff ball at the end of it.This pair of headphones also has a volume rocker for in-line adjustability and a mic mute switch for when people walk into your room and you don't want your discord buddies to hear what's going on. I honestly love those two features of these headphones most since I've already used those features a bunch of times.For the price of $19.99 vs a pair of headphones that are about $100. I would say that this is a definite recommendation from me.

I needed new headphones, my old ones were shedding on me (picture included) and wanted something with that was over-the-ear since that is my preference. For the price, the sound is good, it comes with a remote for volume control and mic control and it's comfortable. I've been wearing this headset for about 2 hours a day for music/movies/youtube and they don't hurt my head. The cushioning is good around the ears and the fit is nice, the fit is snug but not painful. My other set of headphones, the fit was super loose which I hated but dealt with it anyway. Also, for some reason I like how the microphone is pliable (like a pipe cleaner), I'm more used to microphones that are more stiff plastic material that is harder to adjust. The headphones also come with a pink/green splitter for microphone and headphone function.

This headset has sound so clear that I can tell what direction it is coming from. In addition, the headset is very comfortable to wear. I have had issues in the past with headsets that break or crack around where the earpieces connect to the headband, but no such problem with these. You can still hear outside noise when wearing them, but I will probably get them again when or if I need a new pair.

I bought these to replace my cheap old headset that was falling apart.After more than a year of very light use, these have held up fine.Here is how I feel about them:Pros:- Price- SturdyCons:- They're a bit bulky.- The sound is OK, as you'd already expect for the price you're paying.- The biggest problem I have with these is that they're extremely tight to wear. They're so tight that my ears start hurting after I've had these on for a few minutes and I constantly have to take "headset breaks" to be able to keep using them.

Perfect for gaming session, I use ot with my xbox one without problem. The sound is good but my friends said the mic isn't the best which doesn't bother me for the price, as long as they can hear me. The cord is a bit too long for my personal usage but it's nice for when you need it. Overall a great headset quality/price.

Headset works ok on the Xbox one, it has heavy static due to a lose wire already and the sound is not so good . I dont recommend this due to the quality being no where near what it should be. $10 sure but it's overpriced and darn near trash , I already need a new headset.

Bought the headphones in November as a Christmas gift so they didn't get opened until Dec 25. Son was delighted and used them for about a month before having issues with the microphone not always working. Then a week or two ago it died completely. Tried contacting the seller but they didn't really offer any sort of help so I guess we're stuck buying a different brand.

Very comfortable headset. Has soft padded earmuffs and an adjustable spring steel band so fits everyone's head who has tried it out. Sound is surprisingly good for the price, and has good bass range. Full 6' heavier duty audio cable plus it comes with separate pigtails for computer sound card connector. My kids asked for another one right away and I'd recommend it.
