This is a single lock stitch machine. It sews like a dream. Free motion great. The speed control is very helpful. The automatic needle threader instructions in manual are not so great but once you figure it out, it works consistently. You may need to add a lighting strip or some extra lighting for the machine. I love sewing with it. It's easy and makes a nice stitch.

My earlier one star rating was in error. We have had excellent service. We did not understand that the bonus package would be shipped separately. My wife is quilter and has been using this machine constantly. She is working on a queen sized quilt and it has really helped having the Juki.

This is a fantastic machine. I have had it for about a month now and I am thrilled with it. The machine is industrial quality and strength. It has very few features, but it does what it is designed to do extremely well. I bought the machine for quilting (straight stitching and free motion quilting) and it is exceptional. I love it.

I am really a beginner quilter, and I had been working on a Brother CE8100 for about 12 months (I had also a Brother very basic model before). I had decided I really needed a machine with a wider throat and a good, quality machine with a straight stitch only if possible. This Juki filled the bill. It has amazingly even stitching at any speed, tho I can't imagine actually using it as my reflexes are terrible and there is a good chance I would probably stitch my index finger to the fabric! I love my Brother and I wouldn't dream of her, but the Juki TL2010 is the new work horse of my home. Quilt nearly every day I love out. There has been a learning curve, especially with the auto threader, I am getting now. All in all, great machine!

All I can say is WOW!! The customer service the AWESOME! Sammy walked me through the basics and was so very knowledgeable of this machine. After his “do this step” he wanted to know how it worked!! Flipping amazing, that’s how it worked! By the way, the machine is wonderful!!

I am very happy with the Juki 2010 . I read a lot of reviews before I bought it. And it’s everything that they say. I bought it for motion quilting, and it’s amazing. The only negative thing is the 1/4 inch foot would grab the little strings from the edge of the material and pull it like it was gathering it . So my husband looked at it, And the spring was to tight so he just took the springs out, So I am able to use it. But I am still waiting for a new one from Juki.. other then that I love it.... I also ordered the package deal. It came with a lot of extras. I even was sent a rulers foot and rulers for quilting ,, amazing . Connie

I purchased this machine specifically for home quilting. I love how large the throat is, allowing me to put larger quilt sandwiches under the machine, giving me more working space. The features are simple and I like that it is not a computerized machine. Not at all gimmicky and does a great job at simple straight sewing. The needle up-down feature is a must and the speed control makes it easy for a novice to control speed when learning. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the automatic thread cutter in the foot pedal. However, it isn't something that took long to get used to. I was leery about buying a machine on-line, but the special pric on this bundle was too good to pass up. I great value!
