Instructions basically say not to leave this product in sunlight as it will overheat, like in a car. This product provided a fairly fast charge to my iPad after fully charging the unit on household 120 volts. In an emergency this will be more than adequate if its charge is maintained.The flashlight is very bright and has two flashing modes to compliment a steady on function. In the manual - "The solar panel is only for emergency LED light." one hour of solar charging provides one hour of LED light. Please see the attached photo of the of one of the instructive pages from inside the box.I will keep this in my emergency bag, but it will probably not be my main travel back-up charger as I intended.

7/24/18 I just received mine yesterday I bought it for an upcoming trip this review is based on my thoughts of it so far it arrived on time comes in recyclable cardboard packaging I’m currently charging it by usb according to instructions which I’ve read throughly they clearly state u charge this fully by usb the solar panel is only for charging in an emergency when u are not around an outlet so when purchasing keep that in mind I’ve read reviews before purchasing those that gave this negative reviews clearly didn’t understand the instructions it is solidly built fits comfortable in the hand has some weight to it comes with a small carabiner clip which I wil be upgrading to a larger one I gave it five stars cause it is well constructed which is not what I expected considering the price this thing will probably survive whatever u could throw at it I will do another follow up review on it in a few days once I’m done trying it out

Nice product. Charged my iPhone 3.5 times. Which is to be expected with 10000 mah. The solar charging works as well. I heard some say it didn’t. I would have given this a 5 star, but the charging port did not exactly center in its port. I have to canter the plug in an upward angle to fit. After it connects it works fine. I’m sure this was just an assembly issue.

This 10,000 Ahm portable charger is amazing. It comes with a solar panel and super bright flash light. I am able to charge my samsung phone 3-4 times before it empties out. This is a well made product that would come in handy in a lot of emergencies. I will definitely bring it with me when I travel and go camping. It's great investment. I am happy with it.

Solar charger Soluser 10000mAh Portable Solar Power Bank on October '17 and the power bank stopped working on approx. November '18. Since the product is still under warranty, I contacted customer service twice and have not heard back from them. During the period that the power bank was operational, I liked it because I was able to charge multiple iPhones and other products with a single charge. The solar power was a great benefit during my hikes. Unfortunately because of the lack of customer service I do not recommend this product.

Had some handy features. However, after using it to charge my cell phone a handful of times, it stopped working. I'd charge it up for any amount of time from 6 to 24 hours and it would not work whatsoever. The light worked but not the main feature, it would not charge my cell phone. I misplaced it and once I found it back it was too late to get a new one or return it. Super disappointed.

I cannot get this unit to charge my phone...desperately need now post Hurricane Irma........who do I contact?

This is fabulous. As I am watching the news about Hurricane Florence I think how many people need this in case of an emergency. How many times does your phone die and there is nothing you can do. You are outside. Not a plug in sight. Maybe you are hiking or on vacation on the beach. Phone is dead. With this charger you can recharge anywhere. I feel this would be amazing in an emergency kit.
