little tricky to hook up as a transmitter. I mean you have no say phone screen to show you are paired. a little advise. I hooked to TV as a transmitter.1) test on like a headset that says "connected" to test. then in my case I cleared any blue tooth settings on unit and then reconnected my stereo headsets that just beep when connected and it was great. be patient on pairing and it worked fine.some said that they get a hiss if always plugged in... not me. I keep power always plugged in... great little toy once u get it paired.

This transmitter works great. Since my Samsung TV's only line out is a Toslink, this transmitter provides access directly from my TV to my bluetooth headset.

I purchased 2 of these for tv listening while my wife sleeps. Great quality, setup was almost instant, great product!

Works fine. Needs a edit of instruction manual. I suggest someone with a better command of the English language.

Works for most but not for my application using Phonak hearing aids.
