Exactly What I Was Looking For
This is the new and improved version of a heat with magnets vibrating seat pad that my former husband found at Sears over 20 years ago. He used to call it part of my "Dick Clark machine" that I used to get beyond the MS pain and spasticity enough to feel like moving and getting read for my day. When it died, I wasn't able to replace it with anything equal in benefits. When I had my most recent MS relapse I was hoping to find something like this and to find a new Infrared massager. SO PLEASED to find a pad with everything in one. Another great benefit of the new and improved version is the safety turnoff. Back in the day it was just a warning on a piece of paper to turn it off after 15 minutes. Now, it's a better reminder that you should let cool down before using it again. It may not completely reduce my pain or spasticity, but MS is something that requires this and other things for the battle. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Like riding a fish!!!
I have been using this back massage unit in my jeep wrangler for a few weeks so thought I would do a review. I have to assume the people who designed this unit do not use one. It is like trying to sit on a fish with a wet bum. I would certainly make the back and base of the cushion out of a rubber non-slip type product. On a rig with vinyl seats like the Wrangler or one with leather I would assume would be the same way. You have to literally chase this thing around to get on it. And for most of us with bad backs who need the heat, our chasing days are long gone. I had one of these heated cushions years ago but couldn't remember why I quit using it, my memory came right back the first time I tried to get on this thing! The directions are poor, but if I could read all the other non English languages maybe I could have got more out of it. I just pushed buttons until I found a spot not too uncomfortable. The unit does heat, it does vibrate, although you might think your car is falling apart because of the vibration. With my old jeep certainly I had a bad vibration in the rig and thought it was on its last leg. Then the vibration stopped so I thought, "what the heck" It turns out this massage unit has an auto safety time out on it, which for my application I do not like. For those who plug into a modern vehicle powerport probably a nice feature so you don't leave it on and run your battery down.So, it heats just fine, a challenge to get on and vibrates from strong to worse.I will still use it until I fling it into the garbage. I certainly wouldn't buy another*Upgrade the review. The thing already died. Stopped heating 2 weeks ago. So now nothing works but the agrivating vibration. Don't buy this massager, completely a waste of money!!!

Sending back, Vibrating only, NO heat
The massage is not strong at all in my opinion. Cushion is nice, heating doesn't work and I even used a infrared/cooking temp laser gun to measure it and the temperature did not change. Light weight, fits in SUV/van car chair, AC adapter and car charger. Not battery, doesn't run on its own. Remote on the right side to change thigh/butt, mid back and upper back settings. Didn't "hit" spots I need.ONLY vibrations, no kneading, no rotating, no balls. If there's more than one area on at a time the vibration is very weak. Started making a weird loud humming noise after a few days, like a broken vibration, not normal sound like before. Getting a more expensive kneading massager, as I need it for my deep chronic back pain. Sending Wagan back.

Anti-Lumbar Support
This model is supposed to have lumbar support. It does not. Looking at the picture it didn't look like it had lumbar support (notice a bulge at the very bottom of the backing and another at the very top). The bulges house devices that vibrate-not massage. It is a very high frequency vibration. It doesn't feel bad, but it is in the wrong spot-at least the lower one is in the wrong spot. I am 5' 10" for reference. The upper vibration is right between my shoulder blades and didn't feel bad, although I noticed the same thing mentioned by a different reviewer. After about 15 minutes of vibration, I started feeling sick, I turned it off and 20 minutes later I felt better. My massage chair at home has never elicited this type of responce. Back to the lack of lumbar support. I have degenerative disc disorder so I shouldn't slouch. Slouching and big soft chairs cause my back to ache within 5-10 minutes. Because of the bulge at the top and bottom of this cushion, I slouch even more when I sit in it - not what I was looking for. As for the heat function, it does get pretty warm, but it takes 10-12 minutes to get there. All of my cars (with built in heated seats) will get warm within about 5 minutes. The strap to hold the seat in place is fair, but I think there should be one running from the top between the headrest down to the first strap to help keep it in place better. The seat portion does not have a strap and the matrerial does slide around on my leather seats. The design with the lower buldge just seems poor. It vibrates just above your tailbone, just below the belt for me. If this is where you need support, then maybe this will work for you. Shipping was very quick and the material seems OK. Amazon does allow for an easy return so after 3 days mine is going back. I will try a completely different type of lumbar support. Last note, the car charger would not fit into my cigarette lighter but did fit into my 12v aux outlet... 2007 Mercedes E-320. Don't know why. The whole reason I need lumbar support in this car is due to the newer headrest designs that are pitched so far forward. I sit with the seat near vertical, but with this car, that pushes you head forward. Very uncomfortable. I guess they figure everyone likes riding in a semi-reclined position. There are lots of posts about this issue.

Vibration stopped working on the second day.
The vibration stopped working on the 2nd day of installing it. Now I am using it just for comfort. Not for massage. Is it helping my back pain? Not to the level I was expecting perhaps due to the lack of vibration. Not a device I would recommend to a friend. I am not the kind of guy who returns purchases. To tell the truth, I am kinda disappointed. I was going to buy a second one for my wife's car, but I will not. At least not this one.

Demand refund
As a commuter I thought this would be an amazing product however it wasn't. The heated seat is nice buy the message pieces that are inside the chair are not padded enough and that's all I could feel on my lower back. Get out of the car dying of back pain. Also the car charger piece when I took it out of the ciggerette lighter I had noticed that the silver end piece fell off and it no longer worked. I would like to return this product

I was hoping for actual massagers in the seat. It's just vibrations. Good for the price though.

damaged when arrived
damaged when arrived, one of the lights on the remote didnt turn on. and function was damaged. too much of a hassle to ask for a replacement from stuff coming from the US
