Good monitor, easy to use
Excellent bit of kit. Accurate readings. Comes with a little case to keep it all in. Works with ease and the pen has 5 settings to pierce thicker skin. Good value for its price. The instructions are very clear so easy to use.

Life changing
I am new to the diabetes world, this cuts through all the confusing advice about food and shows what has worked well, and when I have made a dietary mistake. I had no idea until I got this that I had hypo as well as hyper blood levels, and testing when I am not feeling too well shows exactly what is going on! I also had no idea how dramatic an effect exercise has on blood levels until I started getting the regular data I need from this device. I am not a fan of needles at all, but using the lancet does not even feel sharp, it is just as if someone has given a little flick to your finger and is a very pain free. Setting up and using the device could not be easier. It has really helped me to be more confident, better informed and to feel better and to be better.

Excellent product
This was to replace my husband’s lost Accu Chek. He found it really easy to used and just as good if not better than the Accu one. Would highly recommend.

Does the job for mmol/L only it seems.
BUT, does not seem to show or be able to change to mg/dL from mmol/L (also no test solution to calibrate), uses AAA which is better than button batteries, and seems robust, as well as sturdy injector, but case does not fit well so have to zip tight (using other case I had which fits better and smaller). It does come with a decent set of guides and a chart for both mmol/L and mg/dL. 28g lancets seem a bit thick and painful, or it may be my pain threshold varying.For price, 4 star.
