Q: Will this be suitable for outside? Will it rust?

I don't no! It appears to be galvanized!

Q: My package came with NO instructions. How does this go together.

I have scanned the installation instructions to a PDF, unforenately Amazon in all it's wisdom does not allow apparently any thing but videos and text. So unless I can send it via email not sure how to get it to you. Also unit ships with screws to mount to 2X4 studs. I purchased Tapcon 1/4 x 1-1/4screws for concrete block and brick with associated drill bit and attached to block wall with 12 screws. (Works best if you DO NOT use a hammer drill). I also added a 3/4 inch plywood top and coated with a clear polyurethane.
