I already really like Liquid IV. I live in a hot dry climate and this is effective to keep me hydrated and healthy. The pineapple coconut/pina colada flavor is delicious. It might be one of my favorite flavors now. It’s also a better value to buy the bigger size vs. smaller ones in the grocery store. To help with dissolving, I fill my 32 Oz cup about 1/2 way and stir in the packet. Then I let it sit in the fridge overnight and stir, add water the next day. I definitely recommend these packets. And this flavor.

I love pineapple so bought the Pima Colada Liquid IV. I will drink all of them but will have to drink others that are not as sweet intermittently. I’d buy them again.

Love this electrolyte drink! Even when I’m not exercising, it gives me energy(not caffeine jittery type). The flavor is amazing too!

I've made the mistake of spending too much time in the sun and ending up sick and headache-y from dehydration. I was introduced to this brand while in Hawaii and it's become a staple - I always have packets of Liquid IV in my backpack.I especially love the pina colada and passionfruit varieties while my other half likes the more subtle nature of strawberry and lemon lime.After my success of use in Hawaii, Liquid IV has helped me get through a lengthy canoe trip, a rigorous bikepacking trip in the desert, and whitewater rafting trips in addition to helping me top up after long days of work or air travel.We have enjoyed all of the flavours we've purchased so far and appreciate that it mixes well and it's never gritty. We won't leave home without it!

I use half in one bottle of water and half in another unless I’m drinking a liter then I put the whole thing in. Dissolves quickly, good smell, easy to use, and tastes amazing. 10/10
