Scary pain after use
I bought this for me hoping the protein content could help me get my protein levels up, however after I received it my doctor review it and told me not to use it because it boosts the immune system. My immune system is killing me. So right now we have been trying to destroy mine. They said this would be counteractive to that goal. So I gave it to my mom who is healthy. She tried it and almost had to go to the hospital because she was in so much pain. It carried over to the next day. She thought that maybe it was like that because of some of the other supplements she had taken at the same time. She waited a week and then took it again, without taking anything else but still ended up with the horrible cramping.I saw so many good comments about it I was very hopeful but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

If you want hella energy Buy It Don’t think just do it
Omg this gives me crackhead energy I’m assuming I mean you be hype right after the capsule absorbs. I know I don’t get my protein as I should any little bit helps and I’m so thankful get 2 workouts in most days so glad I found this have told everyone I know. Just the energy benefit alone is awesome protein is just extra.

It works!
I think that my protein level boost kicks in within a day. I also like that it is plant based. I hate the smell when you open the bottle, but I dislike other supplements, also.

My doc did not want to believe it was a vitamin that greatly improved my protein.
I have liver cirrhosis and my protein levels were very low this vitamin really helped especially as I'm a vegetarian so it makes it hard to get it quick, these vitamins helped alot. My protein score improved so much they thought I had given up salt and ate a lot of eggs. But nope it was spirulina.
