I've used the Garlic, Poultry and Memphis seasonings on pretty much every cut of meat there is. They turn out SO FLAVORFUL every single time.I'm pretty particular with my seasonings, and these are a must have in any BBQ fanatic, or chef's spice/seasoning collection.POULTRY perfection literally says it all. Perhaps most people use these as a rub for grilling, but i sauteed chicken breast in olive oild with a bit of Kerrygold Butter - sprinkled this AMAZING seasoning on each side & hands down - the whole family voted this our new favorite - it's just sooo good & a nice change from our usual BB!, lemon/garlic, teriyaki etc - you'll be so glad you took a chance like i did after reading other ppl's excellent reviews

I recently purchased a new toaster oven with a rotisserie function. I started shopping amazon for a rub and purchased this based reviews. Glad I did! First I love that the ingredients are all natural. The price is good as I found a little of this rub goes a long way! The flavor is outstanding. The rotisserie chicken I did was hands down better than anything I've had from a store. The flavor is strong but not overwhelming. I'll be keeping this rub on hand for regular cooking.

I tried the Miners Mix Memphis rub on ribs, and the flavor was AMAZING. So I ordered this, because my wife and I eat a lot of boneless/skinless chicken breasts - they can be pretty bland, but on Weight Watchers, they are zero points. We've found/tried several other chicken rubs, and some of them are pretty good. But this one just hits it out of the park - all I can say is WOW! This is the best chicken rub I have ever tasted. Has a bit more spice than the Memphis, but that's appropriate for chicken. I WILL be ordering more of this - I expect it will disappear pretty quickly. That's 2 for 2 for the Miner's Mix; I'm trying their Garlic XXX on brisket tomorrow.

I've tried Chicken/Duck in my smoker before and was never really "Happy" with the results. I think a lot of it had to do with the rubs that I was using. Decided to give Miner's Mix a try this last Thanksgiving on a 18lb Turkey and it turned out AWESOME. Got so many complements that I'm going to use this on some chicken next and even some duck. I'll be buying this again when I use up the 2nd bottle. Good stuff.

The flavor was good but be prepared to add your own seasonings touches. I had to add olive oil to give it the TEXTURE I wanted.

Best poultry seasoning that I have found and I've been through a lot evan chicken breasts come out juicy and flavorful love this stuff you guys have a customer for life.

Used this rub on Thanksgiving turkey, it was really good, everyone really enjoyed it, I will definitely be buying again.
