The lanyard was missing the part to clip both sides together, to be able to hang around the neck. In the product picture advertised it shows that it has the part, but what arrived did not.

This lanyard and badge holder set is great and just what I needed to hold my Guide Dogs Volunteer ID Card in. In the set you get:- 2 x flexible plastic waterproof landscape holders- 2 x flexible plastic waterproof portrait holders- 2 x hard plastic badge holder which can be used in both portrait and landscape- 2 x break free lanyards - the part attached to the badge holder can be removed by undoing the clip.These are a very good quality, they are as good as any that I used when I was at work - I only need the one hard plastic version so I’ll pass the others onto other volunteers. At the time of my review this set would cost you £6.99, which is really good value - highly recommended.
