This "book" was very basic and general. Not what I was expecting at all. No treatments for diseases.

Gave as gift.

Although small this book has a wealth of information! Great!

At only 53 large print, heavily spaced pages, I found it to have no useful information. The topics and subsequent explanations were too general to be of value. In addition, there are too many grammatical errors. For me, it was a waste of money!
