A) NOISE LEVEL IS TERRIBLE!! None of the songs that I loaded or any of the items preloaded with sounds could be turned down far enough so that my husband couldn’t hear the speaker under my pillow. Even worse, after turning the volume down as far as possible on the current song, the next song would revert and begin at a higher volume and wake us up. So irritatingB: Instructions booklet is NOT user friendly and does not match described steps on amazonC: **BEWARE!**. ONLY INFORMED THAT IT’S NON RETURNABLE/REFUNDABLE AFTER ALREADY PURCHASED. I read through all of the Amazon pages that included item description page, the cart page and checkout page prior to completing the order. Nowhere did It state the item was nonrefundable. Being unsure that it would suit my needs I made sure to look for anyIndication it couldn’t be returned/refunded prior toSubmitting the order.

I haven't had this long enough for something like this to happen. The plug came apart into the wall without attempting to unplug. I like that it's thin, has different nature sounds. I don't like that it is a little too loud, even at lowest level and although it tapers off to light sounds, some of the louder ones grab my attention if I'm almost asleep. I haven't tried my own sounds or music yet. Overall, it's nice though.

This was recomended for my moderate to severe tinnitis by my audiology therapist. It has given me back my sleeping at night wilthout the anxiety and claustrophobia of my tinnitis. Have lredy recommended it to others who suffer.

Nothing to dislike.

Works great for Tinnitus!!

It works pretty well. Helps clear my mind from the day. I wish the volume control worked better, but over all I am happy with it.
