Hangover Prevention/work out recovery
This is liquid gold, if you work hard and play hard too, you need this product. After a night of drinking, when you know you have goals/obligations the next day, drink Hoist before calling it a night. Wake up functional and with ambition the following day. I have tested this product extensively since first introduction last year and alway carry a supply of 4 bottles at all times. Can't say enough about it, not sure what the chemisty behind it is, but sure does make for a much better recovery than water and aspirin. Works to rejuvenate the body after a long day at the gym, beach, golf course, kids little league games, yardwork, etc. Give your body the refreshment it needs to rally for the rest of the day. Simply put, a great emergency kit to have around at all times.

Life saver
My daughter struggles with dehydration and we had made a trip or two to the ER before we discovered HOIST. It has literally changed her life! So much better than other sports drinks. Totally worth it.

Wonderful antidote for dehydration.
Great product. My husband has been severely dehydrated from chemotherapy and drinking Hoist has been a fantastic way to counteract this problem.

Great product
Amazing product i use it before I go out drinking and the morning after. Stops or knocks back my hangover depending on how much I drank. Fewer questionable ingredients then most other sports drinks

Too much sugar, calories and the taste is not great either...i will not be ordering anymore of this product going forward.

Meh, just Okay
I have chronic dehydration caused by Hyper-POTS and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. I often have to receive home IV hydration infusions, sometimes weekly. So when I heard about this drink I ran straight to the store to try it. The starfruit tastes like something rotten, but if you like starfruit you may enjoy it. Strawberry Lemonade is kind of acidic. From the throat all the way to the stomach and back I felt a burn. I still powered through for a week to see if I saw any significant change. Nothing. I went back to Gatorade but eventually left it because the dyes were giving me killer migraines. I switched to SmartWater and Vitamin Zero Water because they also have electrolytes without the calories and sugar. I'm not an advocate for any particular drink, so by all means test for yourself!
