These cards are all clear plastic with images printed on one side. I wouldn't call them "foil" and there's no "metal" involved, nor do they have any sort of holographic effect, although they're cool because you can see through parts of them. There's no image or pattern printed on the backs of the cards so if you use them to actually play the card game, your opponent can kind of see what cards they might be (see pic). However the language is entirely in Japanese and they do not come with any kind of instructions so figuring that out is entirely on you. Otherwise they are just translucent character cards, which include various Ultraman of all eras. I have no idea if any of them are common or rare, or if you order a second set if they will be the same 100 cards or if they're picked randomly, nor do I know how many cards are involved in the entire set. They were not in separate packs like you would find in a store, they just came in 2 handwrapped packets of 50 cards each. I also do not know if these cards are meant to interact in any way with any of the Ultraman toys, but none of them have any barcodes or any scannable/data areas on them like the interactive cards tend to have, so I assume not. Each character has stats & some ability indicators, if you can figure out how the game is played, but otherwise they're just cool to look at. They're good quality and seem fairly durable, and look neat set up next to the figures. There are NO kaiju cards, they're entirely Ultraman character cards.
