I purchased this grip tape to apply to my handguns to improve the grip while I shoot International Practical Pistol matches and for multi-gun (2-gun and 3-gun) matches. I works great. Easy to cut and install. It has only been on 3 days but I used it 16 hours on Friday and Saturday at outdoor shoots where the temperatures where in the mid-teens/low-twenties. It works great, gives me good purchase on the grip. The one sheet gives plenty of tape for several handguns. Easy to install, sticks like crazy.

Really great price, but it's really not made for guns. It beats the hell out of your hands when you put it on your gun. Compare this with Talon grip, the rubber ones, it's really aggressive.But it does stick to the pistol, shotgun, and rifle grips very well, and it does provide you with unparalleled grip. And it's cheaper than anything you can order for guns.I'd give it four stars, because although it's advertised as a gun grip, and it's not, but it still works well. And I really like the packaging they provided. It comes in a plastic tube, and it's very easy to put it back to the tube for storage.

This tape super sticky and the grip is of great quality. I used this on the foot rails for my rock sliders. Wanted some grip to step on the metal rails getting in and out of my car. Been on the car for about a few weeks and no signs of peeling or wear. Will update if this changes. Extremely pleased so far.

Update 3/11/18: due to my original review below, I was contacted and issued a refund for the grip tape. Because of that, I’m changing this to 5 stars, as the quality of the grip tape was fine. It’s just that it was 2” shorter than stated, which means I couldn’t use it for my project.Received the grip tape today. It’s 42” long, not 44” like the description says. Quite disappointing because it’s too short for what I need it for. Hence, the 1 star review.

I bought this grip tape to use on the front and backstrap of my competition gun. I have plenty left over for other uses, or replacing when it eventually wears out. It came out so nicely, I even put a peice on the front strap of my ccw pistol (CZ 75 Compact PCR), except I used an extra peice of grip tape to smooth out the outer edges so only the center rib was full grippy, and the outer was less so.

The grip tape arrived fairly quickly and in the excellent condition. It is also very “grippy” too.The only “gripe” if I could call it that, because it was minor, was that the paper backing in certain places, tore rather easily despite being careful. As a result, you’d have to stop with the installation and spend time removing the slivers of backing that didn’t come off.That is the only reason I gave the install three stars. Other than that, the product itself is very good. It looks great on my homemade “retro” longboard.

Well this is the product for you!!!

In the end I did get this product on my board, but it took some effort. The role arrived so tightly wound that when I unrolled it the grip tape it immediately had ridges all the way down (see photos). There's nothing I could have done to prevent this. After unrolling it, I set it out for a few hours, weighting each end down with books so that it would lay flat. Then I applied it to my board. After applying the grip tape I went over the ridges with a skateboard wheel to try to smooth them out, and for the most part it worked. But the application process would have been made much easier had there been better care taken with the way it was packaged and mailed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this product to a friend.
