Cooler is very nice and keeps things cold all day, but I wish it had a longer handle so you could carry on your shoulder. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Quality is good but it is small

Not to big, not to small, perfect. My husband's dinner stayed warm after 3-4 hours.

This lunch bag is the perfect size for me.
