We brought this product 2 months ago thinking we would encourage a new company in this space.The product has given us 5 issues in the last 2 months with water leakage, noisy sounds, water taste becoming funny etc. To top it all their customer service is pathetic - they did not apologize, and instead said they can't help if there's an electric issue.This product and company are a scam. Stay away. Unless you enjoy following up with customer serviceI would rather go back to the tried and tested companies that are in the water purifier space for a long time.

it was a great purchasing, a water filter, which comes removable stainless steel tank and compact size and great quality product, and it was my great experience with bepure technicians

I was a Kent RO users since last 12 years. Wanted to ditch the plastic water tank and this is where I decided to go for Bepure. Below is my experience so far -Delivery - Amazon delivery was spot on. Product came in standard Bepure carton.Unboxing - Checked the product for breakage/damage and found that the front facia (front white plate with brand logo etc) is cracked (ref attached pics). Though it's not a deal breaker yet raised doubt on their quality control.Installation - This was a real PAIN. Coming from Kent service which is top notch in Delhi NCR region, Bepure has to work real hard in this area.After receiving the product, I called Bepure team and received local technician number. As per Bepure and Amazon invoice, installation was supposed to be done in Rs.500 however, the local technician asked for Rs.600 and has do to multiple follow-up. Finally the Bepure team arranged a different technician but he too charged me Rs.650. On top of this, he didn't provide any invoice of these charges.Post installation, I had to request him to check the TDS flow and Ph of water. He did only the TDS which was 120 against the tap water of 850. He didn't do the Ph check.Observation - Bepure seems to have no control on the local installation/ service people. Poor follow-up, customer feedback mechanism. No transparency on the charges.Product - Product build quality is fine and similar to what has been mentioned in the catalogue.No comments on the filters yet as I have just started using it. Water taste is more or less similar to my previous Kent machine.Looking at the installation experience, I am worried about periodic maintenance/service quality. Hope Bepure brings some improvement in after sales support.
