EPICATECHIN (60 Servings x 300 mg per Serving) by Element Nutraceuticals

I am using this in a stack of 5g Creatine Monohydrate, 5g L-Leucine, 1g HMB in a post workout whey protein shake. I have been using it 5 days as of this writing. I have had a noticeable increase in endurance, strength and I am even getting a better pump. I am nearing 60 years old and have been working out for about 40 years, so I am very "body aware." I have tried a lot of supplements over the years and this effect isn't something I am just imagining. I have been using Creatine Monohydrate by itself for a number of years and although I'm sure it helps, when I first started using it I did not notice anywhere near the results I am getting with this current stack. I will continue this for another three weeks and update the review with my results then. But so far, I am pleasantly surprised with the results and I am sure this supplement is a major contributor.

I think this supplement is working. I will know better in a month or so.

Amazing product. Ive been taking Epicat for 3 weeks now and I’m seeing great gains in the gym. My reps and weight are increasing and I’m seeing muscle mass forming in my measurements. I would reccomend this product.

Seems to not only aid in protein synthesis but also faster recovery from training and energy production. Recommend using it in conjunction with laxogenin

I'm 51 y/o male 5'9" and 165lbs muscular build. I'm a huge fan of supplements, and I've been taking this brand of Epicatechin for 3 weeks. I'm familiar with the proposed mechanism for action. For about a week I felt a boost in my workout in terms of the muscle pump, but now I hardly feel the difference. The body chemistry is probably compensating. Don't know if this is worth it.

Worked good. Felt solid even on a cut.

I was taking this product by itself with pre-workouts and maybe it was a placebo effect, but I did feel a little stronger and a bit more endurance throughout my training. However, everyone genetics are different.
