The mop handle doesn’t work like it should! After a couple uses, the latch on the handle stops working, leaving the handle to slide while mopping!

If I could give a this item 0 stars I would. The mop spins no matter what you do. The bucket is difficult to use. The mop head is on a locking swivel and you can only mop when the swivel is angled down and you can only spin it out with the mop head angled parallel to the floor, so you have to touch the dirty mop head with your hands or step on it with you feet. The bucket has a whole slue of issues as well. When you try to rinse the mop in the bucket if you don’t put it in the bucket just right it won’t spin and the same problem happens when you try to spin the water out of the mop. Also, every time you spin the mop you have to unlock and then lock the handle of the mop back again. I honestly thought this mop would make cleaning more convenient but it did not. If anything it made me dread cleaning even more. I do not recommend this item. If you do decide to purchase this item anyway be sure not to throw out your old mop and mop bucket before you try it out. I hope this helped.

Works great and so easy to use. I like cleaning my floors with this mop.
