This is by far, my favorite book by Jennifer! It is a must read!Raven lost her mother to cancer at a very young age and her father became her everything. As an artist, he had the most beautiful view on life. Had a love for astrology and taught her all about stars and constellations. When Raven was 19 she lost him in a tragic car accident, however, that’s not all that happened. He apparently was leaving for Paris with a woman and leaving Raven behind without an explanation. From that day on, Raven swore to never love again, the hurt was just too much.The day that Dalton lost his mother in a horrible car accident, his life changed drastically. Being the younger of the three brothers, Dalton felt like he was never enough. His mother was his best friend and confidante since he was a baby. She would tell him beautiful stories about the stars and mythology. The fact that she was leaving for Paris with another man without telling her children, was more than Dalton could handle. Deciding that love was not worth the pain that it brought.Ten years have passed, Raven is now the owner of the pub restaurant My Place, a very popular hangout. Any Time, Any Place, is the second title in the Billionaire Builders series. I haven't read the previous title, and didn't feel at all lost with the story line so it can be read as a standalone.This series revolves around the three Pierce brothers, and Any Time, Any Place focuses on Dalton the youngest. Raven and Dalton's story is told in a dual point of view, it's engaging and entertaining. This is a story of loss, family and finding a happy ever after. Their story is a slow burn romance with elements of humor, steam and angst within a heartwarming story line.Raven Hawthorne is an independent, strong and sassy heroine, just the type that I love. Raven is quite a closed off character due to her past, but the development of her character is really lovely and as the plot deepens her character opens up beautifully and we see how fragile she really is.Dalton is a sexy, sweet and intelligent man who is good with his hands. He's an incredibly like-able, endearing character, he's very much, what you see is what you get, hard working, honest and friendly.This pair of characters share a complicated past, one that not both of them are aware of, and they have both suffered a devastating loss, one that altered the path of both their lives. Both Raven and Dalton shared a very special bond with a parent that they lost. Their chemistry is intense and the love scenes are quite hot and steamy.I thoroughly recommend Any Time, Any Place and look forward to the next title in this series.

This is the second book in this Billionaire Builders trilogy with Dalton Pierce meeting his match with the feisty My Place bar owner, Raven. Their love grew under terrible circumstances with her father and their mother dying in a car crash as they were on their way to Paris together leaving them all behind. The Pierce family spoke badly about her father and none of his paintings were in any kind of demand because of them. She hated their family and wanted revenge for what they did to her by ruining her dad's good name. When they started to frequent her bar they did not know who she was. The connection between Dalton and Raven was so strong they could not deny their feelings for each other. Raven tried to ignore him but Dalton finally got her to let him refurbish her bar when they were going to interview her for Good Food and Fine Spirits magazine so he could spend more time with her. Dalton had to break down a lot of her walls and defenses to get Raven to be with him not knowing who her father was. It is an amazing love story as these two have to overcome emotional obstacles to get their happily ever after. They all had to forgive their deceased parents to move forward with a healthy relationship and it brought them closer together in the end after discovering what their dad had kept from them. This is an amazing hot love story and the Pierce brothers are finally a close family again. I cannot wait to read Tristan's story next.

When Jennifer Probst writes a new book there never is a hesitation to read it. Anytime Any Place Book Two in her Billionaire Builders Series absolutely will pull you in right from the very first chapter to you see the words The End.We already met Cal Pierce and now we get to meet Dalton Pierce and learn his story.Dalton the youngest of the Pierce brothers and the biggest player of the three is just totally finding himself attracted to Raven Hawthorne and that is so not like him.Raven Hawthorne a woman looking for a reason to move on from her past, Owner of My Place and trying not to feel the pull that Dalton Pierce draws from her.Dalton & Raven don't even realize how much they do have in common but the reasons are so different for the other. Can two people get over the heartbreak that happened in their lives or is there just to much hurt to look toward the future or will they always be stuck with the bitter past.I know that there were times that their story was heartbreaking but then there were heartwarming moments too. Whatever you do don't Miss meeting these incredible men known as The Pierce Brothers.

Another great read from Jennifer. Dalton and Raven their like fireworks their banter back and for is funny and the sexual tension is hot, so when they finally get together you like thank goodness it’s over but it’s not it gets to breaking point lol also during this you get to know the characters very well and end up rooting for Dalton then he goes and does something stupid and you aghhhhhh!!!!!! Why!Why!Why! But as always they get their happily ever after. The End can’t wait to read the next book in this series

This is a Lovely, gentle, unexpected read. Any Time, Any Place carries on where Everywhere and Every Way ends, but could be read as a stand alone. It is the second installment of the Billionaire Builders series that centers around the three brothers who make up Pierce Brothers Construction based out of Harrington, Connecticut. This time the focus is on the youngest brother, Dalton, who is described as the brother who is seriously blessed in the looks department. Dalton is a master craftsman and can create the most beautiful furniture. He’s also well known for being a player but has such an easy going charm the ladies let him get away with it. 'Bottom line: He loved women. Their scent, their voice, the smooth touch of their skin. Their humor and passion and deep emotion that they had no problem connecting with. Sex was one of the gifts in life, and he took full advantage'He also was very close to his mother and when she died it has left a very big hole in his heart. It is also why he holds himself back from getting involved in a serious relationship. But there is one woman who has grabbed his attention and her standoffish attitude only further sparks his interest in her.We were kind of introduced to our leading lady in the first book, but just as the fiery bartender who doesn't want anything to do with the Pierce boys. Their mother was in the car accident with her father that ended up taking both their lives. They were on their way to the airport in order to catch a flight to France. Raven’s father and Dalton’s mother were having an affair and when the news came out after their deaths, the Pierce family dragged Raven’s father’s name through the mud. So while Dalton and Ravel are connected in the most devastating way, yet neither knows it - yet.Raven planned to use the time with Dalton to hopefully learn more about the circumstances regarding their parents’ affair, but she never expected to fall for the man whom she had sworn off as her enemy. Now that real feelings are starting to develop, will the truth come crashing down...I love the way that they help each other out of their emotional hurdles. They are really quite perfect for each other.I love the banter between the brothers, but really, the stars of this series are Caleb's two unruly dogs, Balin and Gandalf. Jennifer Probst is yet again delivering another favourite.
