I was looking for something to store Q-tips and cotton balls on my bathroom counter. I ordered these because they seemed to look nice and seemed to be the perfect size. I was right on both issues!These jars are made of plastic (acrylic?), but they look like glass. Good idea when using the bathroom. These are just the right size to store Q-tips and cotton balls in - keeps everything neat and tidy. I did discover if I overfill the jars, the lids will not close securely. However, that is only when I've overfilled the jar.Very easy to clean these: wipe with a damp cloth and done! I would order these again!

These are as expected and appropriate for storing, e.g., cotton balls, flossers, or dry foodstuffs in a low-humidity environment. The reason I rate them as “good” but not “excellent” is that the lid closes well but relies only on gravity to stay closed - there is no tight fit or air seal. I am not sure that dry food things will stay fresh in a humid environment; alternatively, I’m not sure that moist things won’t dry out in an arid environment. Tipping the jar will cause the lid to roll away and the contents to spill.

The bathroom at our new place is pretty tiny, with only a small cabinet and shelf. No under sink cabinet to keep my big package of Q-tips, so it was sitting out on the shelf taking up precious real estate. I ran across these in searching for stuff to better organize the bathroom, and I'm so glad I did! They look like glass, but if we knock them off the shelf we won't end up with glass all around the toilet. I got two small 15-ounce jars. One holds Q-tips perfectly, and I put cotton rounds in the other one. Accessible and pretty, I'm very happy!

I purchased these to organize my bathroom better. I put Q-tips in one of them and my nighttime “wrapped” chewable supplement that I take each night before bed in the other one. My bathroom is more organized now and everything is in container that allows easy accessibility. They appear to be sturdy, look like glass but are not glass, and are a very nice quality. The tops fit well. I would highly recommend these to others and believe for the price they are a great value.

These are quite study and thankfully just the right thickness to be able to drill through! I turned them into tarantula enclosures for my young slings by simply drilling air holes for cross ventilation.My only complaint is that I wish the lids had a thick o-ring, or rubber grip/stopper to lock tightly together. Unfortunately, they just lay on top, so I had to retrofit a seal.However, this wasn't the "intended use" for them, so I can't fault the maker.All in all, this adds a nice apothecary look to my tarantula collection for low cost!

I use these for my q-tips and reusable toner pads. Plastic is heavy duty, seems to be sturdy enough. I've dropped the lids a couple of times and it was fine. Although, I can see where it can crack if it fell and hit at just the right spot. They fit perfectly inside our medicine cabinet, which is an average one. So far its been a great product.

These little containers are pretty solid. I have bronze accents and accessories in my bathroom and they can be pretty heavy. So in order to lighten the decor, I thought that these would be a nice choice. They look great and add a lightness to the area. I also like the fact that I can clearly see the quantity through the glass because my other containers were not see-through. They are the perfect size for my q-tips and cotton swabs.

Well made acrylic containers. Using them for cotton balls and q-tips RV camping trips, perfect small size. Look very nice and these are sturdy for travel in the trailer. Of course they might get scratched but they don't look cheap like some others I've seen.
