The quality of the product is bad. It’s leaking. My walls are damaged because of that.
I spent almost $400 to buy the pots and plants. And I was so disappointed by quality of the pots. First of all it’s leaking. My walls are ruined. Secondly, it’s very difficult to know what amount of water you need to pour in. There is very strange water measuring stick. You have to glue it inside of the box…. And for some reason they send you 1, but there is two levels…. And you can’t see the measurements…. It’s so complicated and disappointing 😭 if I would know all those problems I won’t spend that much $$$ on this project.

Works well
I thought it would be a bit better but it has two shoe stings under that are supposed to collect the water and then the water gauge that is supposedly a bonus wouldn’t even stick in. It’s pretty and a lot smaller then I thought. I put succulents in mine. I still use it.

The planter is easy to fill with water, but the gauge doesn't stay put.
I like that it has separate pots that are easy to plant. The dirt stays put, unlike a previous living wall that I used. It's easy to water, too. The problem is that the water gauge doesn't stay in place inside the planter. I have to move it back into position every once in a while. I added the grow lights because I get practically no natural light in my living room. I plan to cover the black plastic with moss to give it a more natural appearance.

Overpriced, don't buy
DON'T BUY! Didn't come in a box, it came in this plastic bag, the gauge was broken, everything was dirty, kind like covered in dirt, like it was used before

Really cool
Really cool. This was super easy to put together. I read a review of someone saying they had issues with the water gauge. In the instructions it says to use a piece of foam to keep it in place because it was an afterthought for the manufacturers. So if you use some of that form foam you use for creating arrangements behind it, it will keep it in place. This does come with these tiny tack like nails that I would not use. They look like they could barely hold a piece of paper to the wall so I would suggest using real screws. There are some additional hexagon holes in the plant that I used for additional screws. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the price. I don't feel like that price is appropriate for the size of this. I have seen them lower and other creative diy versions that would be less. At the time I received this ($40), it ended up being about $10 per planter.

Don't use the included "nail"
The planter itself is fine. Pretty easy to repot your plants into the included planters and put them back in. It's made for plants that like to be wet at all times. The water gauge is hard to figure out how to get it into place even with the instructions. I did end up having the easiest time by taking out the bottom right pot to put my hand through that hole to get the gauge in the right place. You stick it to the side with a piece of double sided tape (included) and then put some foam pieces (also included) in the gap between the top and the gauge so it doesn't move around with the water. My biggest complaint though, is the included "nail." The planter comes with a tiny push-pin like nail as the only support. (It comes with two, but there is only one spot in the center and all the instructions and videos show only using one). I found a stud in my wall and hammered it in like the instructions showed, but I was worried it didn't even go past the drywall since it was so tiny. I should have listened to my brain, but instead, thought, "Surely they wouldn't include a nail that wouldn't work on a normal wall and it should be fine. It says that one nail holds up to 15 lbs." No, no it wasn't. It held up empty and while I was putting the potted plants in. When I started filling it with water though............. down it went. All four plants, all the soil, the water that I did put in, all on the floor making a huge mess and probably damaging some of the plants.TLDR: Use your own screw instead of the included thumb-tack nail thing that they included to hang the planter with plants, dirt, and water on your wall.
