Awesome book
Very insightful. Completely breakdown all the assumptions, learnings taught in school and colleges, with practical reality. It's as author says, tough to implement in reality without conviction

Book is Genuine, But matter is repetitive and sub-par.
If you have read his main book "Power-Why some-----", then reading this is like just adding some bits of information over and above what has been provided in that book itself. Though not a complete waste of time, the topics have been elaborated herein.Overall good book.

Willing to do what it takes
A book that needs multiple reads or if you have audio version, you would need to listen to the book multiple times. The true essence of this book is in implementing the rules mentioned in this book. However, these rules are unnatural and needs conscious effort to implement them. The author leans on strong research to support his conclusions or statements. Many a times, as you read a section in a chapter, there might be a few questions you wanted to learn more about. The sections are positioned so well that, by the end of each rule, all your questions will get answered. To sum up, read, re-read and ensure to make these rules part of one's natural behaviour!

Brilliant read. And lots to practice
Every chapter is a gem and there is much to learn. Lots of examples to explain each of the 7 rules and a closing list of how to get started. Glad I picked this up.

Hard hitting book
Not a regular book on leadership. Most of the times you remember incidences in your life and you relate to what is being said.It will be difficult to implement as most of us are not raised with what is written in a book.Must read

Could be better
Great book, but the message could have been delivered in fewer pages.
