Installation was a breeze. Just remove the screw from the wall socket that is in currently, place this directly over the wall socket, then use the screw that came with this package. Works like a charm. Just wish I didn't HAVE to have a 3 prong item in the top outlet as it isn't ideal for the bedroom as most lamps and such are just two prong. Had to use an extension/expansion cord in order to plug in an alarm clock and lamp to work with this. But the outlet performs perfectly.

Nice product. Easy to install and use. Note, however, that it won't support a half-switched/half-hot outlet, which may limit where you can use it.

Got tired of a couple bedroom outlets that were spouting multiple chargers and outlet extenders. These guys are great! Quick and easy install for a slick uncluttered look.

This is so simple and so great. It's easier to install than it looks in the pictures. Also, I was skeptical that it would be bulkier than it looks in the pictures but it is actually slimmer than it looks (hence the 5 stars). It really fits right over your current socket. Great simple solution for turning your regular socket into something that also has USB ports for your device chargers.

Looked up reviews on USB receptacles and opted to buy these instead and they work great! Super easy to install and operate without any issues. Does require to have socket plug in at all times (either with another cord or supplied plug cover) but totally understandable based on how they operate. Wonderful product. Looking to buy several more to replace wall plate covers and add USB charging.

It's obviously a lot easier to install than changing the whole plug, but there are two issues:1 - you lose a plug if you want to use the USB ports unless you have something plugged in permanently2 - It's actually very hard to unplug something out of the AC plug, which makes it almost dangerous as it can then become almost "stuck" halfway out, exposing the plug.I was so excited when I saw this product I bought 3... I'm currently using none of them.

So I’ve now gone through 4 brand new cables that were plugged into this. The cables are not frayed or broken in any way, they’ve just stopped working shortly after being plugged in for a few days/weeks.... I feel like they are somehow melting or shorting out while plugged into this. It often sparks when it gets slightly wiggled due to how it makes the electrical connection with the outlet . Of course it’s now past the return period for a refund, but this charger causes a lot of risk imo and I’m throwing it away. It’s potentially a fire hazard.

Works great for something so simple. Note it may not fit on non-standard outlets. If it doesn't completely fit around your outlet, it will not work for you as something must be plugged into it completely through.
