Columbia Cutlery 10" Fluted Chef Knife

I already have five 10" chefs knives but none are fluted and 3" wide so I purchased this. I looks just like the pic and arrived sharpened as stated so I just made a few passes on my fine steel and it was paper slicing sharp. Its a solid commercial workhorse that will accomplish any task. If you prefer a blade this large its a great choice. I will update on how it holds an edge after using it awhile. Its 5 stars anyway just for the value.
