Sterling Silver Japanese Zen Enso Circle Pendant I've interpreted the enso circle in this sterling silver pendant made from multiple circles of wire, ending in different lengths. Just like a painted enso circle, every pendant will be slightly different. The pendant you receive will be similar in design and the same size as the one pictured here. The enso circle is a symbol in Japanese Buddhism that can represent many things, including enlightenment, strength, elegance, the universe, and the void. Japanese ink painting artists make the enso in one brush stroke. It can be open or closed--open symbolizing imperfection and closed symbolizing perfection. The pendant is approximately 1 1/4" diameter (3.2cm). It hangs on your choice of a 16 or 18 inch black rubber cord, or you can purchase the pendant without a cord. SHIPPING: This piece is made to order; please allow 5-7 business days before shipping. Design and images copyright Anne Walker.
