Not worth it
Just didn’t work. Left these out in sun, even tried another set with a black light. Waste of $ for me. It takes me a lot to write a one-star, but when the product doesn’t do what it’s supposed to, it leaves little room to be be complimentary. Fortunately, these are not expensive, so it was not a significant loss.

Do not buy these
These are an absolute waste of money... "charged" them for 2 straight days under constant light... put them on for a test drive and nothing, could not see any sugn of them in the tires. Gave 1 star rating only because I have to choose a star to submit this

They look sort of cheap during the day, but that may be a good thing.
Each of these caps are actually made up of two pieces; a sort of inner and outer cap. As I was screwing one onto the stem, the outer cap popped off. I was able to snap the caps back together and continue. The caps do indeed glow-in-the-dark. During the day they look very plain; unattractive actually (IMHO). I’m hoping that plainness turns out to be a plus, discouraging theft. Every time I’ve purchased fancy looking tire stem caps, they’ve gone missing. Hence the reason for this purchase. Time will tell how well they hold up with every day use. It will be interesting to see if they stay intact during visits to the car wash.I’m glad they come in packs of 12. It will make replacement quite easy.

I found a better product on Amazon
A zero would be my review for this product if possible. The product does glow in the dark for a few minutes, but not enough to add some bling to your vehicle. Amazon does offer a battery powered option for just a for dollars more and the product lights up when my vehicles are in motion. The product comes with batteries installed.
