The media could not be loaded.  Bought this product in December as a Christmas gift and 2 months later it stop working. Not happy with the outcome as now we cannot return it.

I love trying out different handheld massagers because they are sometimes the only thing that can truly relieve my neck and shoulder pain.When I first received the product, I was a little disappointed that it sounded like everything was just laying loose in the box. I could hear the attachments rolling around in there. It wasn't packaged well and I would have been embarrassed had I purchased this to give as a gift. It honestly looks like a used or returned product the way everything is just laying loose inside the box.You get four interchangeable massage heads in the box. They feel a bit on the cheap/flimsy side. The exfoliating head is useless. It was in two pieces when I opened the box. It's basically just a slightly sticky pad attached to the piece of plastic. It fell off again the first time I tried using it so it went in the trash. The smooth head doesn't serve much of a purpose for me. The rolling nodes head is definitely the best one. It does provide some relief and works deep down into the muscles fairly well. The waved head is pretty decent, too, and offers similar relief.The handle itself feels comfortable in my hand. It is light enough that it doesn't cause any hand cramping or fatigue but it doesn't feel flimsy.If you suffer from mild pain, this may offer enough massage to provide you with some relief. It isn't the best massage I have gotten from a handheld product but it certainly isn't the worst.

I own several other massagers that are somewhat similar to this but none of them make me feel the way this does. This handheld massager is extremely soothing and relaxing. Whenever I use this I get goosebumps from my head all the way down to my toes because of how amazing it amazing it feels. Not even kidding. I have used this on just about every area of my body, including my scalp. This is definitely a versatile multi purpose massager. I like that this comes with a variety of attachments but I have to say that my 2 favorite attachments are the roller ones. It has a wide range of speed and you can also adjust the firmness and overall feel of the massage by putting more or less pressure on your body when you use it. If you press the unit harder and more firmly against your body it will give you a deep down muscle rub but if you are looking for a light massage or just something to soothe, try barely putting it against your skin. That's where the Goosebumps come in. 😉

there is much to like about this massager. It has a better shape than most of the massage thumpers you see out there in that it is easier to hold and use by yourself. The handle is the right shape and place for placement and control when you are all there is.Add to that the fact that this comes with three massage heads that provide different effects, and that the heads both thump and rotate to provide maximum relaxation and relief and this is clearly a great tool. It even comes with an exfoliating head to help with skin care. About the only thing that I think would be a weakness is that it has a mesh cover that fits over all the heads. While I can appreciate that it softens the interaction between heads and skin, I am afraid that it will be the first part to wear out. If then you cannot sort with the heads without the mesh interaction, the tool is effectively done and out in the trash.I would, however, still do this again.

The media could not be loaded.  This massager is actually quite strong and I personally wouldn't use it on the max level. I have small, girly hands so at the highest setting I feel like the massager is about to fall off my hands. Most people probably won't have an issue and can properly hold on to it. The highest setting is also too strong for my body. I suggest starting with the lowest setting and working up to what your body can take. Always use caution with handheld massagers as you could hurt yourself. At this price I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how strong it is, almost like one of those heavy duty massage guns, but a cheaper price tag!I couldn't figure out how to change the covers, so I was only using it with the mesh cover. The other covers, especially the exfoliation one, looks cheaply made and not the best quality. The exfoliation one came with a sticker that wasn't even stuck to the cover. It looks like it fell off. It is just a cheap looking piece of sticker where one side is like a nail buffer/sand paper type of material. The other ones are just cheap looking plastic covers. I read the directions but still wasn’t able to figure out how to change the covers. There should be a video posted by the seller demonstrating that.What I didn't like is that it has to be plugged in to work. I wish this was rechargeable and cordless. Overall, the massager itself is somewhat heavy duty and powerful but the rest of the accompanying accessories made it cheap looking. However, if I take into account the price I would say it is very reasonable. I think if they improved the look of the different caps and maybe even the overall design, it could be priced higher and I would still purchase it.
