Product received was not as depicted and poorly constructed.
Product arrived in undamaged package and the item itself was undamaged. Overall, a decent product. However, the product I received was not the one depicted and it lacks the appropriate support to keep the top bamboo boards from inevitably breaking. I weigh 175 pounds and am simply waiting for the flimsy boards to snap. I am confident had I received the item pictured, I would not have the same issue.

Don't buy
Two prices have already fallen off this mat after less than 3 weeks of use. Unnacceptable.

Feels cheap and like it's about to break
Total false advertising. The design of the mat isn't at all as pictured. And it doesn't look or feel "luxury" at all... it bows when you stand on it. Feels cheap and like it's about to break. Don't buy this. Total rip off.

good for spa bathroom !
In general, I don’t like to spend money to buy this kind of thing, but I'm glad I did. I ordered this bath mat to complement the gorgeous new spa bathroom I inherited when I purchased my new house, this size is perfect, color and material are all I like. When the bath came out after standing on the very strong and non-slip and standing on the above will not feel cool. I love it.Highly recommended

a great product
As a buyer, I don’t like the bathroom inside the water will be very slippery, I don’t care for those rubber mats with the suction cups on the bottom and was looking for an alternative. When i see this, I want to try it. Of course this didn’t make me down, it was strong and slippery. After showering, I just stand it up on its side so it can dry completely on both sides. This is really a great product.
