The brand I prefer is not available on Amazon. This has the same dosage but for some reason if I miss a day, my nails will likely peel under in the pink area under the skin bed. :(

Vitamins are always a mystery.Do they actually have any benefits ?That said, I take quite a few, and this Biotin seems to be a good value.

These tablets are smaller than some of the other brands and easily dissolve. They are tasty and a good value. I plan to get these again.
