I originally bought this silicon mold to make mousse cakes, but I have already used it for basic cakes and pana cotta. It is smaller and thinner than the original (3 times more expensive), but it is ok for 6 people according to me unless I bake a Kouign-amann in this fancy mould (yummy) and it could serve 12 people LOL. Dimensions are 7Wx7lx2H. This square bubble white mould can hold in the freezer and is alright from the oven to the fridge. Easy to wash, it makes a great addition to all bakers. Cakes cook uniformally. It is very easy to take out the cake. Even hOT. This mould is a great addition even on a budget.

I received my bubble sky cloud silicone pan today and immediately wanted to try it out. I washed it and dried it, sprayed it lightly with nonstick spray and then mixed up a box cake mix. I placed the pan on a cookie sheet before placing it in the oven. After it came out, I gently loosened the sides of the pan, then flipped the pan over on a serving plate. I gently loosened the edges again and carefully lifted the silicone pan off the plate. The cake came out perfectly. Most cakes you have to let cool before you take it out of the pan, this one is best if it is taken out while it's hot. I absolutely love this pan and see many ideas for using it.

Everything I've baked in this pan looks really good. But do use a lot of PAM, butter/oil etc or your food will stick.

I love the interesting shape of this cake mold. I used it for the top layer of a cake and used a normal 8" X 8" glass pan for the bottom layer. Easy to use. Easy to clean, and the cake was beautiful! .

I returned this product due to my lack of skill! I could never figure out how much chocolate to add to get the mold to not crack when trying to remove. If you are up for a challenge go for it!

I am in love with silicon molds for everything from making ice, frozen desserts, to bakery items and everything inbetween. This design makes an adorable shape that kids love. The whole "pull apart" design makes it look a fun. The grooves are also great for pooling icing or whipped toppings. Highly recommended!

I'm a fan of cooking using silicone products. This one did not disappoint! I used a very light baking spray and made pull apart berry muffins topped with powered sugar. Came out great! I did not use a pan under it and it worked just fine. Would recommend.
