After reading a lot of the bad reviews, I must say I lucked up big time because my system is amazing!!! Everything came together, delivery was fast & it’s been over 2 months and haven’t had an issue yet. Well actually there’s this constant buzz sound I’ll hear every now & then but other than that it LITERALLY sounds like you’re at the theater!!! The max volume is 60 & I barely go past 44, especially watching action packed movies! Also what I love about it is the volume actually gets louder the higher you take it, unlike those the hit 40 & no matter how high you continue to go the volume stays the same. This isn’t like that! If the system on off switch on the rear of the unit is left on it keeps telling you its OFF. usually if the system has no lights on its off, thanks for telling me its off when its really not off? It uses more power just to tell me its off, not a very green system. Also the system just randomly turns on wanting to connect to a nearby Bluetooth device and you have to keep shutting it off. The three RCA cables that are sent with the system are only 3 feet in length. So unless you have the sub-woofer right next to your TV your not going to be able to use any of these cables to connect it to you television audio output. The speaker cables are 6 foot for the front speakers and 15 foot for the rear speakers and the wires are only 24 gauge wire which is a very small gauge and brittle and breaks off in the connector after inserting it. Way too short unless your hooking the system up in a small closet. I had to buy 24 dollars worth of 16 gauge speaker wire and RCA to Screw terminal connectors and a 12 foot RCA to RCA cable to even hook up the system. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS! THE SYSTEM SHOULD COME READY TO SET UP FOR ANY REASONABLE SIZED ENTERTAINMENT SPACE. This system must have been designed by a bunch of engineering and marketing school drop outs or a bunch of monkeys. Actually I'm sorry that's insulting the monkeys, my apologies to any monkey's reading this review. I haven't even been able to use the system yet, I can only imagine what other surprises and disappointments await me. Also the manual does not tell you which wire is positive and which is negative. The manual also does not say if it maters which speakers are used in the front and which are use in the rear. Stay away from Acoustic Audio products they are the new low quality LOOSERS of the audio industry. Acoustic audio, you need to fire your marketing and engineering departments they don't have a clue as to what they are doing!

Had an issue and they were fast to reply and fix.The quality of the stereo is not that great, speakers are awesome.. but subwoofer is eh.It turns on by its self and the bass stopped working 10 mins in :( ( hoping its a fuse)But I didn’t actually receive my first shipment and the company took care of me so kudos!

We haven't been able to get it to work with my system

The system arrived with the flimsy speaker towers already cracked to include one speaker hanging out. It was easily set up but the speaker wire are too short to do surround sound. Then the system continues to turn itself on. And once on the volume intermittenly sets itself back to the 35 level regardless of where you have it set. Sound quality is good at 35 and below but turn it up and it goes to crap. I wouldn't recommend this product to my ex-wife.
