I’m 510 about 147 pounds. My body shape is narrow at the hips. I got a size large and these are very tight around my hip bones even at the farthest adjustment of the strap. I’m not sure who could fit into these properly Since I am thin and narrow in the torso.

Fit nice, very comfortable, and gives a great shape in my pants. Not much on durability in the wash.
